i have a honda powered pressure that got laid on its side during transport and now there is oil in the combustion chamber and when i try to pull the starter rope it wont turn at all . any ideas how to fix this problem?Honda powered pressure washer?
remove the spark plug and pull the crank rope several times , it will pull easy , clean the oil of the spark plug with acetone or gas .
Check your air filter too clean oil out it too if needed ...Check oil level and fill if needed ... I bought the same thing that was turned ove it a truck wreck ... that was 6 yearts ago and it is still running

pull out the spark plug turn it upside down for a few minutes , set it right side up pull it thru a few time pour a little gas in the plug hole pull it thru a few more times til no more gas comes out ,let it set with the plug out for a couple hours put a new plug in and it should start ok,remember all of the above is done without a spark plug
