Wipers wroking and I can hear the washer pump but no water is flowing. How do i get at the pump? do I have to take off the wing?Jeep Cherokee 1995 windscreen washer not working?
The pump is in the washer bottle. If you can hear it running, you may have a broken or plugged up line. Can be ice or dirt. Sometimes the pump goes bad and you will still hear it run, Best way I know to find out is to pull the lines off one at a time and check if it is getting fluid pumped thru it. You may need to remove the top cover in front of the windshield to get access to the nozzles. This is not a hard job to do. Hope this helps.Jeep Cherokee 1995 windscreen washer not working?
take the washer hose off at the washer bottle and if you have access to a air compressor hook up a blower nozzle onto the air hose and blow air through the washer line to clear the line out and you will be back in business.
