Unclogging windshield washer fluid on car?

My windshield washer fluid keeps getting clogged. When I take it to the dealer, the some how unclog it. Any ideas on what they are doing or how it would get clogged? I've had it happen three times now.Unclogging windshield washer fluid on car?
They probably use an air compressor. There is an attachment that can be used which pushes air through the tubing to unclog it. If it is continually happening, there has to cause to create the clogs. Are you using a washing fluid that doesn't freeze?

Easiest, and probably the cheapest solution in the long run, is to change the tubing. If it still keeps happening, add a new nosel on the end. Those are the only two key places where the hose clogs.Unclogging windshield washer fluid on car?
They need to flush the debris out of the system. Junk clogs the nozzle. They need to take the hose off the nozzle, back flush the nozzle so that the liquid does not run back down the hose, and run the washer with the hoses disconnected from the nozzles. This should get the dirt out. Then hook up the hoses again and test.
they prob. blow air thru it backwards. but it should not get clogged at all , ever. empty and clean out your washer reservoir . there should not be anything in there that would make a clog.
Paper clip to clean and align the nozzle tip. You need to clean out your reservoir under the hood. Hopefully that will stop the clogging issue. Good luck.
i use a pin to open up the holes but you can use a thin piece of wire. it will work just as good.
Try running a high concentration of washing up fluid through the system. Worked for me and cheap too.

  1. Windshield washer fluid can help keep your windshield clean in the summer and ice-free in the winter.
